initial engagement

We will carry out a technical 'health check' on your systems. Our DBA's will examine your databases to determine their operating efficiency and stability and suggest potential improvements. We will evaluate your backup and recovery procedures for practicality and robustness. We will check out your Oracle environment, memory requirements, current disk space, technical environment. We will check out the number of users, the number of instances, any additional disk space requirements. 

We will provide a written report that reviews the strengths and weaknesses in the system, and highlight any critical areas. 

We will advise you on the control processes necessary to ensure the smooth running of your systems (change management, software release control, patch management, etc)
